Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

Diet Plans & Training Plans are 100% free to any clients engaging in Sessions with one of our trainers.

How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?

In our experience in gyms we have seen so many trainers spend 20-30 minutes of a clients paid session weighing their clients and discussing diets before even entering the gym or lifting a weight.

We dont waste your time nor money, your hours paid for training will be spent training! some dietary discussions may be held across the course of training however this can be done on a day to day basis through our custom Weir Into Fitness app or by staying in contact daily through other means.

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

Whatever you can afford and enjoy!

Money is no object, if it was we would all have squat racks and deadlift platforms in our sheds. keep it small and keep it affordable to your budget.


A set of Resistance Bands and a kettlebell is all you need if you are board of bodyweight training.

Where are you Based?

We are Based in the Fraserburgh Fitness Centre, one of the most up to date sports facilities in Scotland!

They are always improving their equipment and its a super friendly place to train, if you havent been you wont regret your first try!
